Pioneering Step Toward Next-Gen Construction Technology

The partnership brings hands-on training, innovation labs, and real-world applications of 3D concrete printing to students and professionals.

CEPT University has announced a new partnership with Tvasta Manufacturing Solutions, India’s leading 3D construction technology startup, to launch the country’s most advanced 3D Concrete Printing (3DCP) Workshop. The initiative aims to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and real-world construction technologies transforming the global infrastructure landscape.

The workshop will offer hands-on training in robotic concrete printing, material formulation, digital design workflows, and automation in construction. Students, architects, and civil engineering professionals will gain firsthand experience working with high-end 3D printing equipment and tools used in modern rapid-construction projects.

According to CEPT faculty involved in the program, the collaboration will help future engineers understand how 3D printing can reduce construction time, minimize material waste, and create complex architectural forms that are difficult to build with conventional methods. Tvasta’s expertise in building prototype structures—including disaster-relief shelters and sustainable housing—brings unmatched value to the academic setting.
